Todd Allan Printing Co., Inc.

Todd Allan Printing Co., Inc., was founded by Allan Kullen in 1974. The Beltsville, Maryland, facility now serves the entire Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and employs more than 100 full- and part-time individuals in its three-shift operation. It is a modern, full-service, commercial sheet-fed printer, utilizing equipment such as an iGen3 digital press and two six-color, 40-inch presses. In addition, Todd Allan provides in-house design, bindery and mailing services to its clientele.

Todd Allan, through its management, has always been dedicated not only to meeting the demands of its customers, but also to engaging in public service. Mr. Kullen, in addition to serving on several local boards in the Washington, D.C., area, was elected president of the Montgomery Players and of Washington Ed Press. In 1995 the Prince George’s County Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities honored Todd Allan as its small business Employer of the Year.

For more than 20 years, Todd Allan has provided employment opportunities for autistic adults. In 1995, the company was honored for its commitment. Prince George’s (Maryland) County Executive Wayne Curry (third from left) presents the award to program participants and their mentors.
